Are there prohibited uses?

Season pass holders are not permitted to trailer the boat to another boat launch or lake

Not Permitted to tow more than one towable behind the boat at any one time.

Not permitted to conduct boating in a way that earns a boating citation

Operator is not permitted to be under the influence of Drugs and Alcohol

Only Season Pass holders that were trained by HIWA staff to operate the vessel and assigned to the vessel are permitted to operate.

Only cleaning products approved by HIWA are permitted, many cleaning products are harmful to the longevity of the vessel and non-approved cleaning products are prohibited.

Pets are not permitted on the vessel

Operators and passengers must follow all applicable boating safety regulations and navigation laws as set forth by the coast guard, Idaho boating and safety and Kootenai parks and waterways.
